Orders usually ships within 24-36 hours, once your order has been shipped,Our customer service will send you an e-mail within the next 48 hours reflecting your order tracking number.It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 7-12 days for delivery.
Return:
We only accept below 3 reasons for returns.
1. Wrong Size
(If we do not send the shoes as the Size you ordered, we accept return.)
2. Wrong items shipped
(If we send the wrong items to you, we accept return.)
3. Defective items
(If we send defective items to you, we accept return.)
Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Friendly Notice:
We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
